John Innes Centre Studentship

4 year PhD opportunities in genetics, genomics, cell biology, molecular biology, biological chemistry, and computational biology. Up to five fully-funded scholarships are available to International, Home and EU students.

Funding:
Scholarships cover stipends of £16,590 pa (2010/11 level) and tuition fees. The student will also receive a discretionary fund of £2,000 over the 4 years, to be used for training and career development relevant to their PhD. Full scholarships available for International, Home and EU students.

How to Apply:
Applications for October 2011 entry are now open. The deadline for receipt of applications is 12 noon, 6th December and interviews are expected to be held in early January 2011. For further information please see http://www.jic.ac.uk/students/Rotation_programme.htm
